Sursee train station (InterCity links and connection to the regional S-Bahn train network) is a mere 12-minute walk away from the headquarters in Sursee. The station boasts departures to Lucerne every 15 minutes and is only 40 minutes away from Bern.

Sursee is located directly by Lake Sempach (Sempachersee) and is home to a wide array of shops, as well as a beautiful lakeside walkway. The town is surrounded by rolling hills, forests and rivers.
As well as offices, the CALDIA headquarters in Sursee also has a high-tech, heavily automated high-bay warehouse, a patterning workshop with a number of industrial sewing machines, two pattern stores, a photo studio, various creative studios, showrooms and a factory outlet.
