How do I return items with RePack?
For returns
Step 1
Place all items that you want to return and the return form into the RePack package.
Step 2
Please make sure that the RePack return label is not visible. Attach the CALIDA return label as you normally do.
Step 3
Drop your return off at your nearest post office.
How do I return the package?
For empty packages
Step 1
Remove all products and invoices from the package.
Step 2
Fold the package so that the return label is visible. You do not have to use or attach the CALIDA return label.
Step 3
Drop the empty package into a mailbox. No postage is required.
