Zurich Pride Podcast ON TOUR
A commitment to life in all its facets: As an innovative, conscious and cosmopolitan company, CALIDA celebrates social diversity and promotes equal coexistence. For constant learning from each other and to create platforms for an exchange at eye level, CALIDA relies on strong partnerships. In 2022 CALIDA cooperated for the first time with the "Zurich Pride" association and supported the "Zurich Pride Podcast ON TOUR" as a sponsor. The podcast is a medium through which Swiss stories from the queer world are presented. It regularly features queer people from Switzerland and organises live tours to strengthen the LGBTQIA+ community.
Trees of Life
In order to give something back to nature and compensate for part of our carbon emissions, CALIDA has planted a total of 18,000 trees in Madagascar in collaboration with the Trees of Life association. And this number is growing.
CALIDA Goat-House
Together with our Swiss collaboration partner and FTC® (Fair Trade Cashmere), we built new stables in the Shaanxi region of China to provide an animal-friendly home for up to 50 cashmere goats – using the traditional rammed-earth technique, which naturally compensates for the extreme local conditions.

CALIDA x HSLU Pyjama Capsule Collection
CALIDA has developed a unique pyjama capsule collection together with students from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Because Swissness, sustainability and responsibility towards future generations are the guidelines according to which CALIDA has always produced and developed innovations. Involving new talents in the sense of actively promoting young talent and letting them participate in the design process of a new collection is therefore not only obvious, but also consistent.
