Pyjama Hose / Da Defekt leider Retoure
Der Artikel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Nur leider ging die Naht (komplett im Schritt) auf. Wollte die Hose so gerne mit in Urlaub nehmen...
Habe die Hose sofort reklamiert und retourniert. Nun komme ich aus dem Urlaub zurück und habe immer noch nicht mein Geld zurück erhalten über Klarna, obwohl mir dieses telefonisch zugesichert wurde?!
