Conditions of participation

The organiser of the competition is CALIDA AG, Industrie Münigen, CH 6210-Sursee (hereinafter referred to as ‘CALIDA’). Participation in the CALIDA competition is free of charge and without any obligation to purchase.

By registering for the newsletter, you confirm that you have read and understood the data protection notice regarding participation in the competition.

By participating in the competition, you accept the General Terms and Conditions.

The competition runs from 30 January to 15 February 2026 on calida.com. Outlet and retail stores are excluded from this promotion. CALIDA employees are excluded from participation. Legal recourse is excluded. Participation via automated mass participation procedures by third parties is not permitted.

The winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond to their prize notification within 4 weeks, CALIDA reserves the right to draw a replacement winner. In such a case, the original winner's claim to the prize shall lapse. If there are several participants, the winner will be decided by lottery. The prize draw will take place after 15 February 2026.

Communication regarding the competition prize will take place between CALIDA and the winners after the winners have been notified. By participating, entrants grant the organiser permission to publish the names of the winners and any images or texts submitted. All personal data that becomes known to us will be processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

Your prize: A bouquet voucher worth EUR/CHF 20 from our partner feey. The prize can only be redeemed in the feey online shop. Prizes will not be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. Address details will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

We accept no liability for technical problems occurring on the competition website or during the registration process for the competition. CALIDA reserves the right to shorten the duration of the competition, e.g. in the event of gross misuse such as a hacker attack on the website/web platform or server.
