Quality control
I love Calida, every item I’ve bought in the past has been amazing quality. Disappointed that these pants arrived with a 7cm hole where there is no stitching. Surely quality control should pick up such a large issue. I’ll repair them myself instead of returning them.
Answer from CALIDA: Thank you very much for your feedback! We are very sorry that you have cause for complaint regarding this lovely product. We fully understand your disappointment – an open seam should, of course, not occur. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for your appreciation of our products. If you have any further questions, please contact us at yourexpert@calida.com

Keine Kaufempfehlung!
Answer from CALIDA: Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback!
