How do I order?

1. Select your desired merchandise and place it without commitment in your shopping bag by clicking the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. You are under no obligation to purchase the items and can view the contents of your bag at any time.
2. Then sign in or create an account on our Web site in order to accesss and check previously saved billing and shipping information. You can also place an order as a "guest", which means that we will not create an only customer account for you.
3. Choose your payment method and confirm the delivery  method.
4. You can review your order before submitting it and correct any errors by clicking “Change details”. The order is forwarded to us by clicking on "buy now for xxx,xx“.
5. You will receive a printable order confirmation by e-mail after placing your order. This may take a few minutes. Please check your spam mail as well. Make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly.

 

Is the item automatically reserved for me as soon as it is in the shopping bag?

No, the item is reserved for you once the ordering process has been completed. 

 

How do I sign in to the Online Shop?

On the Web site, click “Sign In”. Then select either "I already have an account" or "I am a new customer".

"I already have an account": Select this option if you already have a user name and password for the CALIDA Online Shop. If you have forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot your password" to have a new password sent to you.

"I am a new customer": Select this option if you do not have an account for the Online Shop. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), you can create your online account and continue shopping right away.

Order without creating an account: Select this option if you want to order without creating an account and only want to provide your address.

 

Why should I create an online account?

Creating a CALIDA account makes your shopping even easier: the ordering process will be faster, and you will be able to save and manage more delivery and billing addresses, track your order history and enjoy exclusive offers.

 

Can I order by phone?

No, we accept orders only over the Web site.

 

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten the password for your account, click "Forgot your password" when you try to sign in. Enter your e-mail address and you will be sent a link to confirm a new password.

 

Is there a minimum order value for the CALIDA Online Shop?

No, we have no minimum order value.

 You will receive a printable order confirmation by e-mail after placing your order. This may take a few minutes. Please check your spam mail as well. Make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly. If you did not receive an order confirmation, there was likely a problem with the payment method selected. Can I change or cancel an order?

Because the process is automated, orders that have been placed cannot be changed and will be shipped as submitted. If you want to order more items, simply place a new order.

How do I find my favourite item?

If you already know the name or number of your favourite item, simply enter the name or 5-digit item number in the search field in the top right corner.

How can I see if an item is available?

Normally, all items shown in our shop are available. However, should an item ever be sold out, you will be informed during the ordering process. When you select the colour of an item, the available sizes in that colour are shown. Should an item become sold out after you have submitted your order, our online customer service will contact you by e-mail.

What can I use the wishlist feature for?

You can mark items you like and add them to your wishlist by clicking the "Add to Wishlist” button. You can add or remove items from this list as you wish. You can also send the list to family or friends at any time so that they can view it too. Who knows, maybe you’ll get a surprise a few days later.

How do I find the proper bra?

First check our “Advice and Service” section to learn more about our various styles, and then select the desired style under Women--> Bras. The “Advice and Service” section also has a bra size calculator that automatically calculates your proper bra size. If you are unsure of the size, there is a size chart under <Size Selector>. You can also visit one of our stores at any time to have your measurements taken. We would be pleased to advise you.
