CALIDA online shop
In the CALIDA online store, you must log in by clicking on the account symbol at the top right next to the shopping cart. You can now select “Redeem loyalty reward” in your customer account or during the payment process. For every 1000 points, 10 CHF/EUR will be automatically deducted from the value of your shopping cart. Please note: Only a full 1000 points can be redeemed. Loyalty points cannot be applied to goods that have already been discounted.
CALIDA store or outlet
When paying in the CALIDA store or outlet, simply show your digital CALIDA CLUB card, which is always available in the mobile version of your customer account. Forgot your smartphone? Just tell our staff your name and we'll help you!
Click on the login button below this text or on the symbol at the top right, next to the shopping cart (“Your account”).

Select “Log in” and enter your registered e-mail address and password to view your existing customer details.

Now you can actively use your CALIDA CLUB membership, automatically collect points with every purchase, view them at any time and use them to pay.

If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgotten password” and enter your registered e-mail address. We will then send you an e-mail where you can reset your password.
