Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig
Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, die Unterhosen waren sehr bequem. Jedoch musste ich feststellen, dass nach ein paar Waschgängen die Unterhosen teils Fäden zogen. Sehr schade, habe ich doch direkt über 10 Stück gekauft davon. Mittlerweile ist über die Hälfte unbrauchbar, was ich nicht ganz verstehen kann. Die Qualität wird hier durchwegs gelobt, dies kann ich leider absolut nicht bestätigen.

Qualität gut, Lieferung schlecht
Seit Jahren trage ich die New Boxer und bin mit der Qualität weitgehend zufriedenen, bis auf die Tatsache dass sich der Stoff durch Beanspruchung (z.B. Velofahren) am Hosenboden schnell durchscheuert. Trotzdem ich schwöre auf die Mischung aus Baumwolle und Lyocell. Daher bestelle ich regelmäßig alle ein zwei Jahre neue Sets von New Boxer. Dieses Jahr jedoch eine Riesenenttäuschung, da ich auf die Lieferung vergebliche 4 Monate (!) wartete. Schließlich habe ich die Bestellung storniert und schaue mich nun nach Alternativen auf dem Markt um. Erklärungen seitens des Service waren leider hinhaltend unbefriedigend. Warum klärt man den Kunden nicht ehrlich über die Tatsachen auf? Daher zwei Sterne weniger.
