Langlebigkeit
Habe im Dezember 2020 eine Herrenjacke sowie eine Herrenhose in der gleichen Farbe ohne Bündchen in einem Münchener Calida-Shop gekauft. Jetzt im September 2023 habe ich im Stoff der Hose eine Laufmasche oder Webfehler entdeckt und habe dies telefonisch reklamiert. Die Dame am Telefon erklärte mir dass Calida langlebige, über 10-15 Jahre haltbare Qualität verkauft. Meine Reklamation jetzt vom August 2023 wurde von ihr jedoch mit dem Argument abgelehnt, dass die Gewährleistungspflicht seit neun Monaten abgelaufen sei. Dies hätte ich nicht erwartet, da der Webfehler bis zu seiner Entdeckung vielleicht schon viele Monate vorhanden war.
Diese Reaktion seitens Calida erschien mir dann doch im Hinblick auf die hohen Qualitätsansprüche der Fa. Calida überhaupt nicht mehr angemessen.
