How our reviews work

At CALIDA, users with a customer account have the opportunity to rate our products. We do not check whether our customers have actually purchased the rated product. After a review by our customer service, which pays particular attention to inappropriate content, the ratings are published. To determine the overall rating, we use a simple average of all the ratings submitted. Your honest opinion is very important to us.
