Shirt geht bei der Wäsche stark ein
Ich kaufe seit vielen Jahren meine Wäsche bei Calida. Im Febr 2026 habe ich dieses Shirt in L in schwarz gekauft. Obwohl nach Anleitung gewaschen, ist es bei der Wäsche eingegangen und deutlich kürzer geworden. Es passt meinem Mann nicht mehr.
Der Kundenservice meint, Einlaufen von 10% sei normal und kein Reklamationsgrund. In der Artikelbeschreibung steht davon allerdings nichts. Bei einem MarkenProdukt mit so hohem Anspruch darf das nicht passieren. Ich bin enttäuscht.
