Qualität gut, Lieferung schlecht
Seit Jahren trage ich die New Boxer und bin mit der Qualität weitgehend zufriedenen, bis auf die Tatsache dass sich der Stoff durch Beanspruchung (z.B. Velofahren) am Hosenboden schnell durchscheuert. Trotzdem ich schwöre auf die Mischung aus Baumwolle und Lyocell. Daher bestelle ich regelmäßig alle ein zwei Jahre neue Sets von New Boxer. Dieses Jahr jedoch eine Riesenenttäuschung, da ich auf die Lieferung vergebliche 4 Monate (!) wartete. Schließlich habe ich die Bestellung storniert und schaue mich nun nach Alternativen auf dem Markt um. Erklärungen seitens des Service waren leider hinhaltend unbefriedigend. Warum klärt man den Kunden nicht ehrlich über die Tatsachen auf? Daher zwei Sterne weniger.
