I recently ordered an item of CALIDA underwear. As usual it continued to be of superior and excellent quality. It is very unfortunate that I CANNOT say the same about the courier DHL. The packet arrived at my local delivery depot on the Monday and each day I telephoned about its delivery I was told by DHL Customer Service UK that it would be loaded by the driver at 1100 that day for delivery later on that day. Nothing was delivered. I telephoned again on the Tuesday and received the SAME message. Nothing was delivered this day either. I telephoned again on the Wednesday and again I received the same message and NOTHING was delivered on the Wednesday. Then on the Thursday I again telephoned to the DHL Customer Service and I was told the SAME INFORMATION again. But the package was delivered late on the Thursday. This whole fiasco is a total disgrace and an insult to Calida. Calida MUST offer their online customers the opportunity to have their items posted by other means like 1st Class or 2nd Class or even Registered Post as i will NOT be ordering CALIDA clothing again if it has to be delivered by DHL. DHL used to be the forefront in courier services but today it is an absolute disgrace and should be closed down.
