Our "Click & Collect" and "Click & Reserve" services make it easy for you to have the items you want delivered straight to your preferred CALIDA store, all from the comfort of your own home.

Place your desired items into the basket as you normally do.
In step three of the basket, select the option «Click & Collect» and your desired store.
Finalise the payment transaction.
Your order will be sent directly to the store you selected and you will be contacted as soon as it arrives.
We invite you to visit us at your CALIDA store and to pick up your package on site.

Which payment options can I use?
With a Click & Collect order, you can use all standard payment options except for «purchase on account». You can find more information about the payment options here
How will I be informed that my order is ready for collection?
As soon as your order has arrived at the store, our team will inform you via e-mail. You can pick up your order during our standard business hours.
How do I accept my order?
When collecting the order, we ask that you please bring your identification card and order number, which can be found on the order confirmation.
How much time will I have to pick up the package? What happens if I cannot collect it on time?
As soon as your order has arrived, you will be informed via e-mail. You can flexibly pick up your order at the store within the next 10 workdays. If you are unable to collect it during this time period, then simply contact the store and arrange a new date with our team. If we have not received notification from you once this period has expired, the package will then be sent back to our online shop.
What are my options if I cannot pick up the order myself?
If you are unable to collect the order yourself after you have received the message from our store team, then reply to the e-mail and specify the name of the person who will pick it up. The person collecting the order will have to bring their own identification card and the order number.
Can I try on the goods when I pick them up?
You can try on the items in the store right away upon collecting and also receive on-site advice from our experts there. Become inspired by the wide range offered by our collection.
What happens if I do not like the items ordered or they do not fit?
If you do not like an article or if it does not fit, then you can comfortably send it back to us. Simply use the enclosed return and shipping labels or bring it back to the store, where our team will be happy to take care of the return.
Please note that the store may not refund Click & Collect transactions. If you have already paid for the online order, then the amount will be refunded as soon as possible once the items have been received and successfully examined. The refund will then take place via the same form of payment that you used for the online order.
Which stores offer Click & Collect?
Effective immediately, you can benefit from our Click & Collect service in all CALIDA stores in Switzerland, France and Luxembourg.

Find your desired item in the online shop.
Click on ‘Check in-store availability’ for a list of CALIDA branches where the product is still available.
Send us a reservation request.
Our store team at the selected branch will be notified as soon as you send your reservation request.
Your reservation will be confirmed by our store team via e-mail, after which you can pick up your item at the specified CALIDA shop. Payment is made directly at the CALIDA store.

How long will my in-store reservation be held for? What happens if I can’t collect before the reservation deadline?
After you have received the confirmation email from the store team, your reserved item will be held in the store for 72 hours. If you are unable to make the reservation deadline, contact the store directly using the contact details (email or phone) given on your reservation confirmation. If you do not contact us, the reservation will be cancelled after the deadline.
Can I arrange a fixed slot for collection? Can I collect items outside opening hours?
Any special reservation or collection requests must be agreed with the store staff. The contact details and opening hours can be found in the reservation confirmation. You don’t need to arrange a particular slot for collection during opening hours – you can come along at any time.
What should I do if I can’t pick up my reserved item(s) myself?
Your reserved item(s) can be picked up by another person. They just need to state the name in which the reservation has been made, and pay at the store.
Can I try on items when picking them up? What happens if I don’t like a reserved item, or it doesn’t fit?
You can try on the reserved items in-store and let the store team know. If the item doesn’t suit you, we will cancel the reservation. Reservations are non-binding.
Is this service offered in all CALIDA stores?
We offer this service in all CALIDA stores. CALIDA outlets are excluded.
What payment methods can I use?
You pay for your reserved item(s) in the store. If you make a purchase via Click & Reserve, you can use all the usual payment methods accepted in the store, including cash.
Can items reserved in stores be posted out to customers?
A reservation is not binding and you only pay for the item when you pick it up from the store, so shipping by post is not possible.
