The natural raw material for the TENCEL™ finish is wood, which is processed in a resource-efficient closed-loop cycle. The silky smooth surface and pleasant softness of the fibre of natural origin help maintain an ideal body temperature, even for customers with especially sensitive skin. It absorbs a great deal of moisture, dries quickly, minimises body odour and ensures a pleasantly fresh feeling at all times.
If Cradle to Cradle Certified® products have reached the end of their lives, they can, in principle, be disposed of in your garden or vermicompost. Alternatively, they can be sent back to CALIDA for recycling and returned to the biological cycle, or returned to a CALIDA branch. It allows consumers to trace production details along the delivery chain, all the way back to the raw materials. Made in Green by OEKO-TEX® is a product label for safe and sustainably produced ready-made garments. It combines certification requirements from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and STeP by OEKO-TEX®. Any item with the Made in Green label has a unique product ID or QR code that can be traced transparently by the consumer.
